With an emphasis on job seekers and future entrepreneurs, RISE prides itself on meeting clients where they are and cultivating growth uniquely and individually. We do this by bridging gaps through collaborative efforts. We use lived experiences, evidence-based and clinical research to unlock potential and ensure we are fostering growth. Through opening access to livable wages, sustainable employment, affordable housing, financial literacy, marketable employability skills and community, our hope is to be stewards of change.

Returning Citizens
Returning citizens are valuable and necessary to a strong local economy. We identify deployable assets, look at barrier-breaking techniques, and go for an individual approach to re-entry and economic support for the most marginalized among us.
